This little kitchen gadget is directly responsible for the upswing in strawberry consumption in our household. I don't remember what it was like to deal with topping strawberries before we bought this, but this makes cleaning a new quart of strawberries quick and fun. Even my kids like using it.

Not really sure how long it will last but it really does what it is intended to do. Does leave some of the core sometimes depending on the actual size of the berry but I don't mind digging that out those few times compared to digging all the stem out all the time with a knife.

Was skeptical about how it would work. It's easy to use and there is less waste than using a knife. Bought one for myself and two as gifts.

I like to take the core of strawberries out and fill them with chocolate. It annoying to try to cut the middle out so I got this little thing. It’s great! It doesn’t get as much as I’d like it to but it does exactly what it’s supposed to, gets the grosss green stem and the top of the core out. It’s sinple to use, push the top in, stick it down the top of the strawberry, let the top out, it closes, turn and pull and your strawberry is cored

great little device. I actually had to buy a second one as the first one fell in the garbage disposal a week after I got it. You can guess what happened.
